Gama Ray Interaction in Germanium with Geant4
The aim of this work is as using AIDA implementation in Geant4 to analyze some characteristics of Compton interaction of gamma ray in germanium for incident energy of photons of 1-2MeV. Starting points of algorithms are verified for tracking reconstruction, both back-tracking and forward-tracking algorithms. A set is generated that is constructed with interaction points. The set scale is found with Hurst exponent 0.48.
