INFLUENCIA DE LA GRANULOMETRIA EN LAS PROPIEDADES VOLUMETRICAS DE LA MEZCLA ASFALTICA

Teniendo como marco de referencia las especificaciones actuales de Superpave y SCT, se analizó la pertinencia de utilizar ciertos parámetros como son la zona restringida (Superpave) y el efecto del tránsito (SCT) como definidores de las características de una estructura pétrea para mezclas asfálticas. El estudio se basó en el análisis de las propiedades volumétricas como respuestas de la variación del tipo de granulometría y fuente de agregado, mediante diversas técnicas de análisis. Se incluyen tablas, figuras y conclusiones. Abstract: This work presents the results of an experimental study of the aggregate size distribution influence on the rut susceptibility of asphalt mixes. Several aggregate sources and factors as the restricted zone have been taken into account. Included tables, figures and conclusions.
