C-HALO Cost Benefit Study: Interim Report
This study aims to develop a cost-benefit analysis for a C-HALO (Cooperative High Accuracy Location) infrastructure for smart transportation and other services. Benefit evaluation is focused on the safety and efficiency of road travel. Cost work is focused on the cost of augmenting the current infrastructure to deliver HALO.
