BOTH PURELY STATIC LIMIT LOADING CONDITIONS AND BEHAVIOUR UNDER MULTIPLE REPEATED LOADING UP TO THE NON-LINEAR AREA (FOR EXAMPLE PLASTIC FATIGUE) ARE TO BE EXAMINED.
