THE EFFECT OF THE CONCRETE DIMENSIONS ON THE LOADING CAPACITY OF CANTILEVERS SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED FOR HIGHLY-STRESSED AND STRONGLY REINFORCED CANTILEVER SUPPORTS. DIRECTIONS SHOULD BE WORKED OUT FOR PRACTICAL TESTING WITH RESPECT TO THE RUPTURE STRENGTH REQUIRED. WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE RESEARCH PROJECT IT IS INTENDED TO LOAD 4 HIGHLY REINFORCED DOUBLE CANTILEVERS UP TO THE RUPTURE POINT. AN EXTENSIVE PROGRAMME FOR CRACK AND DEFORMATION MEASUREMENTS AFTER EACH LOADING STAGE IS CONSIDERED IN ADDITION TO THE DETERMINATION OF THE BREAKING LOAD.
