IN THE PRODUCTION OF STEEL BRIDGE MATERIALS AND THE ERECTION OF THE STEEL STRUCTURES INACCURACIES (SUCH AS WEIGHT TOLERANCES, STEEL PLATE EVENNESS TOLERANCES, IRREGULARITIES AT CONNECTING POINTS, ETC.) CANNOT BE AVOIDED. IN THE EVALUATION OF THE STABILITY (BUCKLING, BENDING) OF THE STEEL SUPPORTING STRUCTURE AND ITS COMPONENT ELEMENTS THESE INACCURACIES MUST BE KEPT IN MIND. IN ORDER TO OBTAIN REALISTIC VALUES ON WHICH THE EXAMINATION OF STABILITY CONTROL STANDARDS CAN BE BASED, IT IS INTENDED TO MEASURE THESE IMPERFECTIONS ON COMPLETED STEEL BRIDGES. THIS WILL BE CARRIED OUT BY MEANS OF PHOTOGRAMMETRIC METHODS.
