MOREOVER,BY THE USE OF WELL-KNOWN TESTS AND SIMULATIONS, CHECKS ARE TO BE CARRIED OUT TO DETERMINE WHETHER CONGESTION WARNING SYSTEMS CAN ALSO BE USEFUL IN SITUATIONS OF CONGESTION WHICH WERE NOT SHOWN ON THE INSTALLATION USED AND THEREFORE ALSO COULD NOT BE DETERMINED BY MEANS OF MEASUREMENTS.
