TRI-LEVEL ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION STUDY. VOLUME I
Volume 1 of a final report describing the first year of a tri-level accident study contains the program design and methodology, level 3 accident data characteristics, accident data analysis, and topical areas relating to highway safety. Significant study findings are presented with some recommendations to improve motor vehicle safety.
