THE FIRST AIM OF THE STUDY IS TO ENABLE THE PUBLIC TRANSPORT COMPANY IN STRASBOURG TO MARKET ITS "PRODUCT" FOR ALL THE JOURNEYS MADE BY THE POPULATION IN STRASBOURG. SEVERAL ASPECTS ARE STUDIED: (1) MOBILITY WITH A VIEW TO CONDUCTING PERMANENT RESEARCH INTO THE NEEDS AND DESIRES OF THE PUBLIC, (2) AVAILABILITY, WITH A VIEW TO MODIFYING THE SERVICES, STRUCTURES AND HABITS, (3) IMAGINATION, WITH A VIEW TO FORECASTING TRENDS SEVERAL MONTHS OR YEARS AHEAD, (4) CREATIVITY, WITH A VIEW TO SETTING UP INNOVATIONS.
