THE MAIN ADVANTAGE OF STUDIES OF MOTORWAY ACCIDENT BLACK SPOTS IS TO HAVE ENABLED METHODS OF DETECTING SKIDDING ACCIDENT BLACK SPOTS AND OF ANALYZING THE SECTIONS OF ROADS WHERE THOSE ACCIDENTS OCCUR, TO BE DEVELOPED. THESE METHODS WERE APPLIED TO OTHER TYPES OF ZONE WHERE SPECIFIC ACCIDENTS OCCUR: ACCIDENTS INVOLVING PEDESTRIANS/TWO-WHEELED VEHICLES, ACCIDENTS WHERE MORE THAN 3 VEHICLES ARE INVOLVED, ACCIDENTS IN URBAN AREAS, ACCIDENTS AT NIGHT.
