THE RESEARCH SHOULD PROVIDE INFORMATION ON THE EXTENT TO WHICH RECOMMENDATIONS IN STANDARDS, WHICH ARE BASED ON LINEAR ELASTIC THEORY, CAN BE APPLIED TO LOAD FACTOR DESIGN.
