IN 1964 UTAH INSTITUTED A COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION OF PAVEMENT SERVICEABILITY THAT HAS TO DATE COVERED OVER 1300 PAVEMENT MILES ON 109 PROJECTS COMPLETED SINCE 1959. METHODS AND CONSIDERATIONS IN THIS EVALUATION PROGRAM ARE DESCRIBED AND DISCUSSED.
