TWENTY YEARS OF ROADSIDE DEVELOPMENT
ROADSIDE DEVELOPMENT EXPENDITURES HAVE PROVEN TO BE ECONOMICALLY SOUND IN THAT THEY LOWER HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE COSTS AND INCREASE HIGHWAY SAFETY. ROADSIDE DEVELOPMENT ALSO SERVES AS GOOD PUBLIC RELATIONS BY PROVIDING THE HIGHWAY USER WITH A PLEASING ENVIRONMENT AND ESSENTIAL DRIVER SERVICE AND REST AREA FACILITIES.
