THE NON-ELASTIC BEHAVIOR OF BRIDGES UNDER MOVING LOADS
A STUDY IS PRESENTED OF BEAMS MADE WITH MATERIALS OF SIMPLE-NON-ELASTIC CHARACTERISTICS (BEAMS WITH VISCOELASTIC AND PLASTIC CHARACTERISTICS). A BRIDGE IS ASSUMED TO BE A SIMPLE BEAM SUBJECTED TO A CONSTANT MOVING LOAD. THIS CASE, WHICH REPRESENTS THE DYNAMIC EFFECTS OF A VEHICLE MOVING AT A CONSTANT SPEED OVER THE BRIDGE, WAS SOLVED FOR FOUR VISCOELASTIC MATERIAL MODELS AND FOR ONE PLASTIC MATERIAL MODEL. /LCPC/TRRL/
