WYOMING ROAD CONSTRUCTION BEAUTIFIES AREA BY ELIMINATING UNSIGHTLY DUMPING GROUNDS
TWO PROJECTS ARE DESCRIBED. NEAR LARAMIE, A GARBAGE AND CINDER DUMP THAT STOOD IN THE PATH OF INTERSTATE HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION WAS CLEARED OUT AND USED FOR LAND FILL. IN A SIMILAR SITUATION NEAR CHEYENNE ANOTHER EYE SORE, A CITY DUMP, WAS LEVELED AND MADE SUITABLE FOR RESIDENTIAL OR INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT.
