DRIVING SIMULATOR APPLIED TO ROAD ALIGNMENT
A PERSPECTIVE VIEW, DRAWN FROM CONNECTED COORDINATES CORRESPONDING TO EACH POINT OF A ROAD ALIGNMENT, IS A STATIC VIEW AND LACKS THE DYNAMIC ELEMENT OF A DRIVER'S VISUAL SENSE. THE CONTINUOUS PERSPECTIVE DRAWING DEVICE (CPDD), HOWEVER DISPLAYS THE PERSPECTIVES ALONG THE EXTENTION OF A ROAD, ONE AFTER ANOTHER, ON A BRAUN TUBE. THE DRIVER RESPONDS TO THE ROAD SHOWN ON THE TUBE AND THE CPDD CAN THEN SHOW AN IMAGE CORRESPONDING TO THE DRIVING CONDITIONS BY ANALYZING THE HANDLNG ANGLE AND VELOCITY WITH A MOMENTUM ANALYSIS DEVICE. /JRA/
