TEST CARRIED OUT FOR DETERMINING THE INITIAL CAMBERS OF STIFFENED PANELS OF LARGE BOX GIRDERS /IN FRENCH/
THE POSTBUCKLING BEHAVIOR OF COMPRESSED PANELS OF LARGE STIFFENED BOX GIRDERS IS SERIOUSLY INFLUENCED BY THE INITIAL CAMBER OF TE PANELS. A SERIES OF MEASUREMENTS ON PANELS OF A LARGE STEEL VIADUCT HAS SHOWN THAT THE INITIAL CAMBER TO BE CONSIDERED CAN BE EQUALIZED TO THE THICKNESS OF THE SHEET. /AUTHOR/
