THE CONSTITUTIVE EQUATION FOR CREEP, SHRINKAGE AND THERMAL EXPANSION, WHICH REFLECTS CORRECTLY THE EFFECT OF VARIABLE HUMIDITY AND TEMPERATURE, INCLUDING THE EFFECT OF SIZE, SHAPE AND STRESS DISTRIBUTION, IS DERIVED.
