LACK OF PRECISION IN THE DETERMINATION OF THE CEMENT CONTENT AND MIX PROPORTIONS IN HARDENED CONCRETE /IN GERMAN/
PRECISE DETERMINATION OF THE CEMENT CONTENT AND MIX PROPORTIONS IN HARDENED CONCRETE IS NOT ALWAYS POSSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS: (1) THE TEST PROCEDURE IS NOT ALWAYS SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR THE CEMENT AND AGGREGATES UNDER STUDY, (2) THE AMOUNT OF WATER CHEMICALLY RETAINED IN THE CEMENT IS NOT GENERALLY DETERMINED, AND (3) THE EXACT FORMULA OF THE CEMENT IS NOT KNOWN. CORRECTIVE COEFFICIENTS FOR VARIATIONS IN THE ABOVE FACTORS WERE CALCULATED, AND THE MAXIMA AND MINIMA VALUES FOR CEMENT CONTENT OR MIX PROPORTIONS CAN NOW BE OBTAINED FOR VARYING HYPOTHESES. /RRL/LCPC/A/
