PACKAGING FOR EXPORT WITH INJECTED POLYURETHANE FOAM
System for packaging diverse and awkwardly shaped objects involves injecting polyurethane foam directly into polyethylene ( PE ) shipping container containing objects to be shipped. A dispensing machine meters, mixes and dispenses semi-rigid polyurethane foam of high modulus and high energy absorbing characteristics. A PE envelope is used to prevent adherance of the foam to the article.
