GYRATORY PROCEDURE FOR THE DESIGN OF ASPHALT STABILIZED BASE
WITH THE USE OF GYRATORY PRESS, A MORE ACCURATE AND EFFICIENT PROCEDURE HAS BEEN OBTAINED FOR DESIGN OF ASPHALT STABILIZED BASE. THE COMPACTION PROCEDURES ARE DESCRIBED IN DETAIL AND THE RESULTS OBTAINED WITH THE GYRATORY COMPACTION ARE DISCUSSED. A DISCUSSION OF STRENGTH TESTING IS INCLUDED, ALONG WITH SEVERAL WAYS FOR OBTAINING FIELD DATA RESULTS.
