A SERIES OF TESTS WERE CONDUCTED TO COMPARE THE BEHAVIOR OF SUPPLEMENTARY REINFORCEMENT IN CLASS 3 PRESTRESSED CONCRETE BEAMS. THE PROGRAM INCLUDED TESTS TO DESTRUCTION UNDER SHORT-TERM LOADING AND SOME TESTS UNDER SUSTAINED LOADING AND REPEATED LOADING.
