ALTHOUGH AUTOMOBILE TERMINAL REQUIREMENTS ARE STRESSED, IT IS NOTED THAT NO ONE VEHICLE CAN ADEQUATELY SERVE ALL URBAN TRAVEL NEEDS. BUS SERVICE AND RAIL RAPID TRANSIT SYSTEMS MUST COMPLEMENT THE AUTOMOBILE.
