SOIL STRUCTURE INTERACTION IN URBAN CIVIL ENGINEERING, AN OVERVIEW OF COST ACTION C7
COST C7 is a group of multidisciplinary technical experts formed and financially supported by the European Commission with the aim of stimulating European communication and strengthening competitiveness in the field of civil engineering. Sixty-seven members from 17 countries have been working together in a time frame of 5 1/2 years. The paper contains a description of the working approach and also the deliverables which include 5 reports with guidelines and recommendations, two International Conferences, one Workshop, a web site and 25 completed short term scientific missions for young researchers.
