THE ROLE OF THE WORLD ROAD ASSOCIATION (PIARC) IN TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER
Technology transfer is defined as the process of openly gaining and freely sharing information about experiences, solutions, and new technologies and innovations. This paper provides a brief description of the World Road Association (PIARC), including its origins and the ways in which it operates in order to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and techniques on roads and transport.
