A FRAMEWORK FOR URBAN FREIGHT POLICY ANALYSIS. IN: TRANSPORT LOGISTICS

The paper shows that there are a number of planning and policy initiatives which can be used to assist in solving urban freight related problems, or to take advantage of opportunities to improve urban freight distribution. Developed is a framework to assist in the analysis, the issues and problems are then discussed in the context of that framework.
