THE DEVELOPMENT OF DAMPING PROPERTIES OF MAGNETIC-VIBRATION-DAMPER (MVD)
Use of conventional damper is one of the effective methods to reduce vibration and noise, but it has two drawbacks, one of which is that it takes much labor to install, and the other is that it exhibits high damping performance at limited frequency and temperature. To overcome these drawbacks, a new type of damper has been developed, Magnetic-Vibration-Damper (MVD). By applying magnetism, MVD has not only good workability but also good and enhanced damping abilities.
