MOVING PEOPLE AND GOODS IN A GLOBAL, INFORMATION-BASED ECONOMY
The author discusses the article in this issue by Damian Kulash, and comments on its points pertaining to future economic trends. The author contends that current levels of transportation funding are inadequate to maintain current conditions and performance, much less to achieve improvements.
