The principal objective of the Strategic Highway Research Program Long-Term Pavement Performance (SHRP-LTPP) program was the development of a comprehensive database for pavement performance data covering a wide range of conditions and service life factors. The goal of this study was to investigate methods in which materials and construction variability could be incorporated into specific predictive equations for rigid and flexible pavement performance parameters.
