PROCEDURE FOR LOCALISED PAVEMENT REPAIR
In an effort to reduce high pavement repair costs, due to inefficient methods, a value engineering study carried out into pothole repair methods has resulted in the adoption of a "do-it-right" philosophy. The paper describes the procedure identified to give the most efficient procedure for pothole repair in bituminous or composite (bituminous over rigid) pavements. Procedures described in the paper have been developed for use with cold stockpile patch material or hot mix. (TRRL)
