Sanhao Bridge, Shenyang, China
Sanhao Bridge is the first bridge with design based on the concept of the partially cable-supported girder bridge. It has a curved steel tower and a prestressed concrete box girder. This design concept fully utilizes the capacities of the girder and the cable supporting system, thus achieving good economy. It is a beautiful bridge that has become a signature of the city.
