The Basis of the Medical Recommendations for Drivers’ Visual Standards in the United Kingdom
Driving a motor vehicle is a highly vision related activity and is an activity that is not suited for blind people. This paper will explore the criteria that was used to establish vision standards under the Road Traffic Act of 1934.
