Fuzzy comprehensive assessment of highway construction project impacts on environment
In order to evaluate the overall impacts of highway construction project on the district environment, this paper selects environmental impact assessment indexes from the views of objectivity, science and intergrated principle. Based on the improved AHP method, a fuzzy mathematics method is adopted to evaluate environment impact of highway construction project.As an example, Ankang-Maoba expressway construction project is evaluated. The result shows that fuzzy comprehensive assessment is a scientific, reasonable and simple method for environmental impact assessment of highway construction project.
