Going green? Start with sourcing
Subtitle: Today, most organizations are being compelled to "go green" by their employees, customers, consumers, and supply chain partners. Sourcing and procurement can be one of the best starting points for launching a green initiative. But in that pursuit, remember that ultimately no green initiative will succeed unless it has proven value: better economics for the company, benefit to the customer, or marketing advantage.
