Pavement Lessons from the 50-Year-Old Interstate Highway System: California, Oregon, and Washington
Pavements constructed for the Interstate system in the West Coast states of California, Oregon, and Washington were examined to see what lessons could be learned with respect to design and performance during the past 50 years. The focus was on the performance of new or reconstructed pavement structures.
