CAPACITY OF BRIDGE DECKS UNDER REPEATED LOAD
This paper describes an extended research program, conducted at Monash University, in which the limit loads for incremental collapse of continuous beams in reinforced or prestressed concrete, of composite construction, and of slabs under moving loads were determined experimentally and theoretically, with very good agreement in all cases except for composite beams. Detailed findings and results of this research are provided and discussed.
