H-INFINITY WITH REFERENCE MODEL FOR ACTIVE SUSPENSION SYSTEM: AN EMI APPROACH
This paper addresses the problem of active suspension design, an approach based on an LMI-H-infinity method and using a proposed reference model. A comparison was done, with respect to performance, between H-infinity without reference model and the approach proposed here. The reference model represents an approximation of the best transfer functions of filtered sprung mass acceleration of suspension deflection and of tire deflection compared with H-infinity controller.
