Abstract:

To address Ghana's urban transportation problems required policies and strategies which aim to meet broad objectives concerned with enhancing the effectiveness, efficiency and affordability of the urban transportation sector, bearing in mind that the overall aim of its development is to contribute to the improvement of the quality of life of the community.
