NORTH AMERICAN STANDARD TRANSPORTATION PRACTICES: A GUIDE TO TRUCK TRANSPORTATION

The North American Standard Transportation Practices (NASTRAPS) presents a comprehensive set of recommendations regarding every aspect of freight transportation between the US, Mexico and Canada. NASTRAPS is arranged in three stages: preshipment practices, in-transit practices and post-shipment practices. This will be a useful tool for shippers and carriers to draft contracts, resolve disputes and prepare service guides or manuals. The Center's North American Committee on Surface Transportation Law and Practice developed this guide.
