ROAD SCENE UPDATE EVERY 5 MINUTES

Toro Dresden of San Carlos has placed a camera along Highway 17 a mile north of Summit Road that beams photos every five minutes onto a home page on the Internet (www.hiway17.com). Hundreds of persons check that home page every day and interest may grow as more cameras are installed in the next few months. Dresden and his partner hope to market their idea and raise money to cover their costs
