A METHOD FOR REPAIR AND REGENERATION OF EROSIVELY WORN FINAL STAGE MOVING BLADES

Depending on different construction and operation influences, final stage turbines become destroyed by erosion in the region of the blades. By suitable preventive measures it is possible to delay the negative effects of corrosion of the turbine blades to a certain extent. The paper presents a method for repair and regeneration enabling the reuse final stage turbine blades of the turbine type K 00-130 destroyed by erosion. This offers an economical and advantageous alternative to the use of new blades. It is also applicable to to blades of other turbine types.
