DEVELOPING THE IVHS STRATEGIC FREEWAY MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR THE BI-STATE ST. LOUIS AREA
Traffic congestion in the St. Louis bi-state area is being partially addressed through the preparation of a freeway management plan. The one year project was completed in May, 1994 and includes immediate action, near-term, mid-term, long-term, ultimate plans for the implementation of ATMS. An active outreach program contributed to the success of the project and included public and special interest group meetings. (A) For the covering abstract see IRRD 868006.
