AN EXPLORATION OF A MORE FUNDAMENTAL VIEW ON TRAFFIC STRUCTURE

This paper gives a short consideration on traffic structure in relation to the traffic and transport system. A well-functioning traffic and transport system should be accessible, permanently safe, and socially accepted. The paper presents an approach to the optimal road system development.
