MAINTENANCE LEVELS OF SERVICE. FINAL REPORT
This report documents the rationale and the processes used to develop and implement maintenance "levels of service" for highway maintenance operations, California Department of Transportation. It also includes a discussion of a systematic approach to estimating maintenance program workload and resource requirements through the use of a budget model.
