A New GDL Framework: Evidence Base to Integrate Novice Driver Strategies
This document identifies best practices in Graduated Driver Licensing (GDL) for young and novice drivers. A literature review, environmental scan, and expert panel discussion were conducted. A GDL framework integrating driver education and training, licensing and testing requirements, and in-vehicle monitoring technology is presented.
