Integrating Vegetation and Green Infrastructure into Sustainable Transportation Planning
With increased urbanization worldwide, the number of people exposed to traffic emissions near high-volume roadways continues to increase. The authors of this article present practical highlights from a workshop on roadside vegetation as a sustainable option for mitigating the health impacts of air quality near roads.
