This document, prepared for the Surrey County Council, looks at the use of cell phones, seat belts, and child restraints in cars and vans at 12 intersections in Surrey, United Kingdom. Data is broken down by age, gender, urban versus rural roads, and position in vehicle. Comparison to data collected in previous years is also included where available.
